The four letter word that seems to be on everyone's mind is "jobs"! This is certainly the touchstone in political theater but how does the economy and the national unemployment rate touch us in the healthcare space?

We are curious to get the opinion of the hiring managers and therapy job seekers on this topic.

What changes do you see in the interview cycle?

More candidates/less candidates?
More hiring or more cautious?
More patients with less support?

Finally! We are back.

Thank you to all of you who have patiently waited for our board to re-activate. One of our programmers in Colorado was hit with a Worm Virus that required us to "cut power" and rebuild the entire board. No users were affected.

The new technologies and safeguards we have put in place are state-of-the-art and we share the same virus defense systems that the largest social media companies deploy.

We apologize for the interruption in business flow and are here to do whatever it takes to help in any updates that are necessary to job posts or candidate profiles.

We hope that everyone is having a relaxing and fun summer 2011! We had a great month of June here at TherapyJobsRock. Candidate traffic is exploding and applies are up by over 100%. We had close to 20,000 job viewings alone in the month of June. We are very excited that our facilities are getting connected with great therapists who are sick of having to deal with 3rd party recruiters. Who knows better about a job, it's responsibilities, it's benefits and the facility than the recruiters within that facility! Thank you to all of those rehab recruiters who have posted their jobs on TherapyJobsRock and congratulations to all of you who have made placements with our candidates. We look forward to sending you more candidates and posting more jobs each and every day.

Job Posting and Candidate Traffic Continue to Increase

Summer is here! There is an undercurrent of activity...can you feel it? Kids are out of school...parents are running around like crazy. Everyone is planning trips, camps and holidays. Whew!

Ok...so you haven't heard from us in a little while. We have been busy, busy, busy...behind the scenes increasing the candidate traffic. We have some great therapists joining us in our database. Please take a look. The number of jobs are increasing daily. To all of the direct hire facilities...thank you for your participation. Your patience is so greatly appreciated as we continue to get all of our advertising in place. The jobs are getting more and more views and applies. Posting is still currently FREE...so please jump on board. The more jobs we have on the board...the more traffic and activity you will have. We would love to have all of the states represented as our candidates are coming in from all states now.

We are getting some great feedback from our PT's, OT's, SLP's and Assistants. You are the best! Everyone is so grateful to FIND JOBS and not RECRUITERS! Our goal is to aggregate all of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology and Assistant Jobs out there. We want the small and large facilites...We want to find the facilities great employees and the candidates great facilities to work for. This board will have integrity. We will do everything in our power to get great therapists and facilities connected directly. We are continuing to drive traffic and post jobs daily.

We hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Many are returning from Spring Break trips with their kids...Are you ready to jump back into daily life?
